NIILM CMS FACULTY 1

****** sharma
We have a dashing faculty who seemingly have drawn most attention of the students. The MARKETING RESEARCH faculty who also take classes of CRM, SALES AND DISTRIBUTION AND BRAND MANAGEMENT for the third and fourth semester students does not care about his classes, his students or someone’s future. No one knows what he is trying to do in the institution. He never took anyone of his classes seriously. Out of the subjects that is being assigned to him he didn’t even competed a single chapter. I mean you are there every month end to collect your payslip but when it comes to you to deliver your services you turn your back on. He has several excuses not to take classes.
First and foremost are being “you don’t deserve to be a student of any B school”. Well of course if you feel so but do you have something against it to substantiate your logic and reason. He follows the case study methodology which according to him some better bschools like Harvard follows. But what exactly he does is just translate the case studies in hindi during his lectures. That too i can bet he has never gone beyond 4-5 paragraph of any case study which normally spans across 10-15 pages in total.  This is what he does the best, skips his responsibility and still getting paid. Great!!! at least you can teach us this very quality of yours so that we can also become a faculty like you and make money doing nothing.
He doesn’t mind coming late to classes, but if you happened to be late (for whatsoever genuine reason) you will be suspended from his next five to ten lectures. He forgets the very fact that he himself is a part of those classes for which he frames rules. The rules cannot be applied to one end and other end being left liberal. To be in tandem the rules have to be uniformly applied. Certainly in his case it’s a recipe for failure. His classes normally start with abusing students, their parent’s, the institution etc. This would continue for at least 30 min of his 1 hour lecture session. The rest 30 minute he would take his time to translate few paragraphs of the case study.
He has used all sorts of filthy comments on students. All sorts of vulgar comments not only to guys but even to girls. To which he says you need to get used to it as the market outside is ruthless. Well thank you sir. I hope you had believed in this very statement of yours and taught us at least a few chapters from our course. Maybe according to you we as a student don’t deserve to be a student of any B school but what about you SIR?
Just take a look at the pictures below. Take a glimpse at the great gladiator during one of his lectures.

It’s very common among faculties to use derogatory remarks, filthy and vulgar comments during the lecture sessions.

  1. someone forgot to mention ritu srivastava. the gajini of NIILM CMS. iam not sure whether she has a mental problem or not but she keeps on forgeting what she was teaching minutes after delivering her lectures and sometimes even during the lectures. no one can make out what exactly she does during her lectures even she is clueless about it.
and guess what she takes subjects like international business, strategic management,

  2. What about other faculty members? meenakshi is more interested in selling her book than teaching. Her only interest is in earning money through her book. When I went 2 interview in different companies , they asked me different marketing questions. They asked me which book have you read - When I told them the book by Meenakshi , they laughed. They had never heard this name. Moreover, the book is completely useless. It seems to be a Cut Copy paste work. When she has stolen the material herself, how can she stop us from cheating? She has no practical experience. All she talks is bookish language. I have not been able to qualify a single good interview after reading her book. maybe the authorities will take some action and ban her book.

    1. really tell me atleast one class of his that he took it seriously. he's just fooling students and getting his personal research work done by them. he makes them search for the articles like 500-1000 in each semester. let me ask you just one question how many case studies did he actually completed in the class. none and it will be none. he's just a translation machine.

  5. Interestingly rajesh sir taught us beautifully (he started in 2008) and it was a pleasure studying under him, what we learned under him during those 8 months can never be replicated, This guy is very knowledgable about his work & marketplace and the nuggets of wisdom he shared with us can be taken as gospel, interestingly all of Rajesh sir's students (from 2008) are doing exceptionally well by following the principles he taught us along with the course material, level of students at college has clearly spiralled rapidly downwards & your post is an ample testimony of that, I tell you for your sake to not deride this marvelous teacher but to understand what he is trying to tell you, he eggs the students on to deliver beyond their limitations; sideline that at your own peril, as he said if you think I am tough wait till you meet your boss; that's just about the marketplace but his teachings(literally) goes much deeper than that, It makes me sad to see him bring his own level of teaching down to commensurate with the level of students who find an anonymous blog to berate him, It's a pity, not on him but on the one who mocks

    1. where the hell are you working dude. please let us know. i mean i have researched about this institute and its 99% correct according to this blog. no student has ever got a package of more than 4 lacs per annum. everything they show you is flawed. moreover none of the student has ever been placed in a research profile. the job profile named as research has no substance of research in it. i know college will name 10 different students placed in the research profile but when you verify from them you would actually come to know that its not even a research job. its a complete brainwash therapy.

  6. You read the first paragraph, where you have committed the most elementary grammatical error, of the post on this page & you will understand why he says that you aint' good enough for B School education,
You will have to be born again to become 50% of what he is, the reason he would be translating is that most of you would not have a proper grasp on English language; in our time we used to finish case studies with ease & we had very healthy discussions.
Try telling about framing of rules to your boss or the CEO of the company you are most (un)likely to work in(Pun intended & it is on you) and your boss/CEO will let you know how the rules are obeyed and whether rules are same or different for disparate people. The abuse is meant to let you know the shortcomings you can work upon before you enter corporate world, it's the truth so if you can't handle the truth what does that say about you?
Do you know how many research papers has he written? which college is he an alumnus of? How much his students respect and love him? As I said it is a time for some serious introspection for you guys.

    1. what i understand is that ***** sharma plays an eminent role in selection process of the students. he actually decides on the candidature of the students into this bschool. now "not good enough for bschool education is a nice statement" its verbatim of mr sharma agreed, but being in research field( so acclaimed) he could have made this statement at the time of interview itself in front of the candidate. i guess the logic says he could help both the students and the college. everyone has to agree with that. but it's the other way round. i'll tell you why. its only bcoz this bschool only wants to make money that's it. it's not a movie in the bollywood that need special dialogue delivery skills. its real time business we pay for the service and expect to get it but the tolerance level is so unexpectedly high that the gap cannot be filled. i am also a student of this professor, nothing personal but i don't like what he does in the class instead of delivering lectures.

  7. The reason he is preparing you for abuse is that there is no way in the wide world that with your attitude you will get a respectable job, so what is the point in teaching things you will never use, better get ready for the dust you are gonna get in your face in the sales job you are at most going to get
